My therapist recommended I try yoga but I’ve always been too nervous to go to a class. Just found and started your videos and so far I’m really enjoying it. ❤️
I don’t know how many days I have missed 2-3 days, but one thing I am sure about is last week was one of the most busiest days of my life! I fell asleep once and didnt do the practice, and the next day I got lazy and it became a pattern. Initially, when I started it I wanted to complete a full year of daily yoga, but I already failed in two days few months ago. It’s all good, I will try again next year.
As for now, I am grateful for where I am and for the opportunity to practice no matter what. It all boils down to find what feels good at the end.
That was just what I needed. I’ve been side-lined by a fall, 2 sprained ankles, sprained 1 knee, and abraided the other at the beginning of November. Just sitting in easy pose was Painful. I accept the challenge and know it will aid my recovery, almost there. Thank you. 🙏
It never ceases to amaze me how these curated monthly sessions always give me exactly what I need on the days that I tune in. Thank you for you energy, I have been kinder to myself about trying to hold a daily yoga practice and patient when I don’t. ❣️ can’t believe it’s been 2 years since I found YWA and began road to recovery after a herniated disc.
Adriene you are the reason I know how to do yoga, before I couldn’t tune my mind or find an instructor whose teaching and energy aligned with what I needed. Sending you love and light through time and space ✨

Thank you so much for this! I have pelvic floor issues and have been wondering where to begin. First heard of your channel through Sarah's vegan kitchen. Always afraid to take the plunge. Intimated at keeping up or maintaining. I've recently lost a ton of weight, through breastfeeding, but now in starting to wean have started to put some back on. Definitely not something I want happening. Been trying to motivate myself to begin something, anything and tonight was that night! I throughly enjoyed this! ❤️
