Two questions, when doing low lunge I struggle with keeping weight in my hips and I am noticing my knees feel quite a bit of pain, what can I do to keep the weight in my hips and avoid knee pain? I also noticed that my triangle pose was different based on which side, should I just be aware or work towards balancing that?
