  1. This was a great routine. I would have liked a few balance poses but everything else was super. This moved quickly and wasn't too complicated. Brava!

  2. Thank you, Adriene! So gooood! Not sure how I have not found this particular video before now but now that I have, I will be coming back to it often <3

  3. This should be labeled as beginner to intermediate. It is nice to know what you are getting into before you spend time doing it. With the whole list of what it "cultivates", it seems like it would be more advanced, but there is a lot of "explanation" for those who are looking for an actual work out.

  4. i cannot believe i did crow! i cannot believe this lasts for almost FORTY minutes! but, most of all, i cannot even begin to express how much you've been teaching me that it is — actually — very possible to BELIEVE. to love myself. to have a better, healthier relationship with my body. thank you, thank you, thank you

  5. Hey Adriene, I regularly practice your videos and trust me it has just helped me build more strength and control in my arms and core.I wanted to request you if you could make a video about strengthening the leg muscles or suggest me if there's already one.You know I wanted more control on my legs so that I can stand up from the half wheel position without the help of my hand and just with the strength of my leg..are you getting what I'm saying? Please, please Adriene..help me on this.Much love.

  6. waah this was awesome! and a lot of fun! I find myself relaxed, stronger and smiling all at the same time! :))) If you could stay and chill with us in savasana for a few minutes in the end of the video, that would be like the icing of the already perfect cake haha With youtube autoplay it makes it hard to really commit to the savasana. But if you don't, that's alright too. Still loved it :)))

  7. what’s up adriene. i really thank this video. my core is sore after i went to the gym yesterday. i can’t move a lot, and walking is hard. i’m having doubts whether i can do yoga today. but, gratefully i did and suddenly the soreness has dissipated just after the cat cow pose! that’s incredible. thank you so much! subconsciously, you have become one of my daily activities. i always look forward to seeing you and do yoga together. namaste 🙏

  8. Thanks for motivating me! I appreciate you! I love just being able to do a random yoga if I don't have much time. Thank you so much! I love your gentle push personality. I want to motivate like that too. The process should be fun but good for you I think that can be applied to a lot of things. My kid also does a yoga he enjoys online too. He's three but we found a kid's yoga. Thanks again! Much love from California! 🙂

  9. I’m typing this comment a bit late, I practiced with this video yesterday evening and it was so good! I’m only starting this month’s practice, but I’m already loving that. I also practiced the plough variation and it felt so good❤️

  10. Day 2 of Power
I feel so proud of how well I transitioned into each sequence, a few months ago although I enjoyed this practice I struggled with the transitions. Today was different, I felt more confident, graceful & at ease 😊
    Awesome practice Adriene 🙏🏾🤗

  11.
