I’ve been doing your workouts for some time now, I love poweryoga and core exercises, I have a bulging disc in my lower back, so I can’t do Hiit a lot, even though I love it too.Could you help me to find the right postures to muscle up my lower back, please? And I want to add that I absolutely love all your weight loss exercises, Thank You again for all the good work, Sean

  3. Wow. That was a killer workout, but much-needed. It’s been a while as I’ve been doing kettle bell workouts and other bodyweight exercises, but I’m glad to be back to your power yoga and Pilates. By the way thank you for mentioning the El Camino is it just me or does the car seem to remind you of a mullet?
