  1. I'm new to yoga, only 4 months now, but I'm hooked. I just retired from running and have found that yoga has increased my strength, flexibility, and even helped with some pains. My gym in Manila only has classes MWF so I found this for my off days. As a Texan living abroad, practicing with someone from my heartland is an added bonus! Thank you

When doing the bo pose, are your knees suppose to point straight back to the wall behind you when you kick your feet into your hands and start to arch up OR is it ok when you kick your feet into your hands and start to bo up, that your knees point out some to the corners of the room? (hope that makes sense)

  4. absolutely loved this practice. Didn't feel like working out today but i thought i would give this a try and definitely no regrets. I will say it might be too fast for someone just starting out but overall feel great 🙂
