  1. Nice but not all of the moves were explained and I wish this workout was longer because that would make it more effective. I'm not just looking to learn cool dance moves. I want to see results on my abs. Of course, the dance aspect makes working out more enjoyable so I'd rather build my abs this way instead of doing crunches.

  2. All of those hand movements are confusing for me to imitate. I still love using belly dance to build abs though. Can you please make a longer belly dance Ab Workout that's at least 10 minutes? I feel that this workout needs to be a little longer in order for us to get the best results.

  3. OMG i don't know what to Say but thank You for this i was like ugh i have a fat stomache and then i Saw this and in 1 week i have the flat belly OMG thank You for this i Will keep my diet 😁😀

Your supposed to break the dancing down and teach it a ll, but you only tuaght one part and exspect us to learn your dancing like that? yeah right, :::eyes roll:::: only Madonna could out do you like that, sheesh. I don't like Madonna either, for what she said the other day. Anyways, toodles.
