It's not something new seeing every individual gaining or kissing weight but the bottom line is if you re interested of lossing weight without going through surgery join the boxing gym with in two days you'd see the change , I was 85 kg last month however when I joined the gym I'm 64kg now 😊! Pretty healthier and yes I'm so grateful over the decision I made .
