  1. This was so great!! We are doing s CrossFit challenge 3 days/wk and are on our last week this Monday. Was looking for something to do on an “off” day similar to our FIT 30 classes and this was just what I needed!!

  2. Damn i nearly passed out .. 12years of smoking did no good for my cardio , even if i quit 9 month ago, it's still hard 🙁 and i'm only 26yo… DON'T SMOKE GUYS.. Thanks for your videos, they're really good, damn hard but really good. I'm jealous of your physical health but, hey you work so hard to be like that, so 1000% deserved.   3. @madfit hi!this is ritika varma from india..i really love your techniques and everyday do exercuses wid you..it realy effects..i have a questions to ask..cn i do ur exercises during my periods?coz i am focussing on abs so should i do it ??can you make one vedio on exercises to be done during periods?
