    Sliding plank jacks
    Slide reverse lunge with a pulse (left leg)
    Slide to the side (left leg)
    Slide mountain climbers
    Glute bridge on back, legs out in hips down
    Slide reverse lunge (left)
    Plank slide right foot to right wrist, left foot to left wrist
    Slide to side (left)

    Repeat but with right leg as leading leg

  3. Loved this! It was great for my condo as it has less jumping but still was a killer work out! Thanks for your content, its fabulous. It helps me stay motived doing these quick workouts, and I feel less like I can't fit in a workout on a busy day. I've been sharing your channel with my friends, its wonderful 🙂

  4. this is the most amazing workout. I have been looking for something to help strengthen my legs/hips since my hip surgery and I almost got scared the only workouts I could find were with jumps and/or heavy weights. This was perfectperfectperfect and just as challenging for my abs.
    Perfect for any level <3

  5. Omg my one of my main struggles is my back knees and the inner sides of my knees as well, do u have any workouts to lose the fat in these areas?
