  1. Awesome very good combination! I love the creativity you have coming up with something at home. I’ve only ever been a minimalist out of necessity for exercise equipment and I’ve always worked at home. I’m always trying to think of new ways To stay fit well being at home. Thanks for some more ideas!

  2. Loving then voice over motivation, I do 30min full body workout every morning and finish it off with 30 minutes of dance keep pushing harder each day to go further! Great workout. Stopped by to support!
