1. Just work out 3-5 times a week and eat 1500 calories a day , don’t over complicate anything , ive seen my best results recently when i just ate anything as long as i kept it under 1500 calories a day . Dont concentrate on the food and cooking , download a calorie counter app and just let that take care of everything. Also make sure u dont eat sugars , eat carbs not sugars!
