  3. First exercise: as much as I try that one, I just can't do it for more than 5 seconds 🙁
    I just can't keep my balance, and I fall down, I have really try, but no luck 🙁

  5. so for the upper body, how often do you need to change up your workout and when u do, do u need to change all of the excercises or just a few? also when i do create an upper body workout do we always need to do alot of excercises, inotice its more work than working out your butt
