so for the upper body, how often do you need to change up your workout and when u do, do u need to change all of the excercises or just a few? also when i do create an upper body workout do we always need to do alot of excercises, inotice its more work than working out your butt

Too hard. I’m over 50. Need a routine that’s at least15 minutes, quick results, twice a week. Menopause is a bitch!!!!
