  1. I mean to each his own, but I think the fool is wasting his time with that crossfit shit. Doing it on the side, next to strict powerlifting/weightlifting is good, but it seems like the dude doesn't care about the strength stuff anymore.

  2. Hi, I will always remember – " Hope for the best, prepare for the worst". Honestly speaking until now I just knew – " Work your best and be prepared for the worst". I was never convinced with what I knew so far and I also could not frame an alternate idea properly. I don't know whether it is your original line or you have read it somewhere but I liked it. All the best.

  3. Sometimes I find your criticisms a little unfair. I ma give Marc Soybean credit where it's due. I know he does use legs to help with momentum to get up. But it's not 100% that. It still takes alot of pulling muscle to get up there, even with the momentum's help. And that Indian Doctor from the other day was pretty strong, and not really using bad form. 405 lb brigade homie though, you can keep make fun of. Him and the other douche with the glasses who drives a truck. They are both dicks.
