  1. Thanks for this beginner workout video. It wasn't impossible to do! After doing it for two weeks, I noticed results. My abs don't look like a supermodel's yet, haha, but I now have a two pack and some definition. 🙂

  2. i play soccer, my legs and arms are relitivly strong, the team was told we had to gain core strength over the break, omg this is so hard – i have no strength yet ! but i hope to do this every night to see if it does something.

  4. I love the way she says “it’s okay if you’re not doing it exactly right as long as you’re exercising the muscles!” Like the only reason I don’t want to go to a gym is because I don’t want to look a fool doing it in the wrong position! 😂 subscribed 💪🏻♥️

  5. Thanks for amazing video. Pl show me some other exercises,as I want to strengthen my back as I feel pain while standing from chair or sofa , I m 61 yrs old..

  6. I love this video! I have been looking for so long after something for BEGINNERS but everyone seem to assume that beginners can plank for 30 seconds and do regular crunches. Thank you for making me feel GOOD after a ab exercise!!

  7. I love this. Im like super out of shape and at the same time am trying to recover from an eating disorder and this is really helping me be healthy without overexerting myself 🙂

  8. This is a proper beginners work out and I want to check how much will this workout bring changes to my body in a month. After that I will increase my work out according to it. Will update it after a month if anyone wants it.Thank you so much for this video.
