  1. That’s some 10 minute workout for this overweight, out of shape 60 yr old! I started having ‘Alexa’ tell me when 30 seconds is up. It’s longer than I first realized. :0). I enjoy your videos. Thanks for doing them!

  2. Hi just did your ten minute exercises. I’m 64 and my core needs strengthening. Do you think theses exercises will work for my core or should I be doing something else?

  3. Getting back into a routine. It's so much easier to maintain than to start over again. I was in good shape at 63 but gained 45lbs after retirement. I'm 68 now bit it's never too late.

  4. woooo these women have a great 10 minute workout! Right now I can only do 2 sets of each at 20 count and I thought I could keep up with them lol The first time I did this workout I was sore for 2 days.

  5. Great video. I'm confused about the '30 seconds 30 seconds 30 seconds then rest". Is there any break between the 30 seconds, or are you just doing 90 seconds then resting? Thank you!
