  1. Just got to finish this vid and… this is it for me, WHY ARE YOUR TRAININGS SO GOOD SCOTT??? They're so good I end up shouting back to the video LOL
    Also renamed the muscular strength and the Follow along series on my cell phone and YT to 'Saiyan Gainz Series', haven't liked training so much in a looong time

  2. Scott, we love your live workouts. We are in Oz and my hubby often challenges me to do a workout after he’s just done one of your latest. Love your positivity and energy, it’s motivating us, so please keep the live workouts coming.

  3. Hi Scott, home gym looks excellent! In terms of acoustics, I'd recommend some fabric on the wall like heavy drapes or rug paintings or like. It will greatly reduce the echo and create warmer sound. You can also get acoustic foam as well that looks more modern for a gym.

  4. I WAS having a good workout until an ad interrupted your video…. Then, it went from good to suck in a flash. I guess I'll just do it on my own instead of doing it along with you. Thanks for the routine 🙂

  5. I love this kind of content. We all know how easy it is to blow off a trip to the gym because we lost track of time or don't feel like it or our hamstrings are sore. But there is no excuse to skip out on a ten minute run like this. If nothing else, it can at least keep us in the habit of doing a little something every day. Consistency is key, and you are the man, Scott.
