Hi Scott, home gym looks excellent! In terms of acoustics, I'd recommend some fabric on the wall like heavy drapes or rug paintings or like. It will greatly reduce the echo and create warmer sound. You can also get acoustic foam as well that looks more modern for a gym.
I WAS having a good workout until an ad interrupted your video…. Then, it went from good to suck in a flash. I guess I'll just do it on my own instead of doing it along with you. Thanks for the routine 🙂
I love this kind of content. We all know how easy it is to blow off a trip to the gym because we lost track of time or don't feel like it or our hamstrings are sore. But there is no excuse to skip out on a ten minute run like this. If nothing else, it can at least keep us in the habit of doing a little something every day. Consistency is key, and you are the man, Scott.
