  1. pushups leave me out. cant do a pushup. never could even when I was younger. Im over 55. nothing simple about pushups when u cant do them. I have lots of arthritis pain in my hands and wrists.

  3. Selfish question, what exercises do you have for big dudes over 50? Sorry to say I’m 350 lbs, 6’3”. Carrying most weight in mid section. What are some alternate exercises I can do to the ones you demo’d on this video? I will build up to hang with this group, but now need some suggestions on how to get started with limited mobility.

  5. Mr Roberts I just came across your channel and I like it. I'm 62 yrs old and I just got a hip and knee replacement on my right side. I have limitations on what I can do because of the operations and I want bodyweight routine to get me back in shape. Can you recommend anything
