  1. I've just done it. It took me 13 mins 10 secs though. I forgot to mention my workout was more like 10 secs exercise 20 secs rest, specially towards the end of the session. Round no 2 tomorrow😊

  2. Really good exercises with good results. Would be good for people travelling too, because they don't have to travel with equipment. I will be trying this because I can do this when stressed for time.
