  1. I have been using only this workout for the past 5 months 5 days a week, and let me tell you it makes a HUGE difference!! These people aren't lying, just taking 10 minutes out of your day for a few months and before you know it, you'll be rocking some rock hard 6-pack abs 😀

  2. hello can someone help me, I really can not do sit-up stuff because my neck get's stiff and it hurts so much like I really have headache for hours after doing a sit-up workout like this!! I don't over do it, I control my breating, I drink water – what am I doing wrong can, someone help me? (;_;)

  3. I’ve been doing this workout along with the 5 minute arm toning workout, and I have lost about an inch off of my waist!! I absolutely love this workout.
