  2. Great info! I did Keto a few months ago and lost 20 lbs, but gained it back because I got bored with my meals. I started again today, and feel more prepared! I would love to see videos on what you eat in a day on Keto!

  3. So much of this is familiar to me. I've had success on other diets…but was always hungry, and lived by the scale. I finally started Keto 6 weeks ago, and am down 10 lbs. Not sure what I'm doing wrong at the moment because I am still "hungry" (nothing like before. just kind of hits me out of nowhere!). I don't have mental clarity. I'm still super tired in the afternoon. I must be doing something wrong. Trying to figure it out. Thank you so much for your channel. I MUST get food prep down. Working, single Mom of 3 is tough when I make all my kids meals (and they're all different); Breakfast Lunch and Dinner. I have to figure this out…I feel like it's the right thing for me. I don't have cravings for carbs. But that is it to date.

  4. I watched your video this morning on your 6 month Before and After and I love that you addressed Insulin Resistant. The medical industry does not address that this is the highway heading to being full blown diabetic. For me and my husband the best and cheapest investment we made in our Keto Lifestyle was purchasing a Blood Glucose Monitor and testing our blood daily several times a day. This is a simple inexpensive test that can be purchased without a doctors prescription. I would have never discovered that we were Insulin Resistant if I had not made this purchase. We have been living a Keto Lifestyle now for 3 years and I have maintained a weight loss of 50 lbs. Everyone's bodies are made up different and testing your blood to see how different foods respond is the key to weight loss and better health. Just wish more people knew about this simple at home test!

  6. Great video!! I've lost over 80 lbs and LOVE this way of eating!! I am a sugar addict and if I have any form of simple carbohydrate… it triggers me! This is the ONLY way of eating that I 've ever been on where I don't think about food and I can say NO to dessert type dishes (except my Keto ones at home!!). Thank you for sharing!

  7. Funny enough I’ve been vegan for the last 2 years and I’ve never lost anymore than 10 lbs. I’m obese at 220lbs. it’s crazy how you touched on that insulin subject. I literally just started keto yesterday. I’m sure being vegan can work for some ppl, and I really stuck with it, no cheat days/meals and it doesn’t work for me. I keep to under 2000 calories everyday and walk 8-9k steps 5 outta 7 days. Most my calories were from carbs, mainly pasta, homemade breads and fruits. It was weird/scary to eat meat again for the first time after all this time (I was literally standing in front of my roasted chicken for 5 mins lmao) but honestly I need to get my shit in order.   9. I’m obsessed with keto! I’ve struggled with over eating and eating the wrong things since I was 12! I had my son 3 years ago and I wanted to have energy to keep up with him and have him proud that I’m his mom. I tried keto last year in April and lost 30 pounds. I then stopped November-February. I’ve finally been back for 6 weeks and feeling amazing again! Only “diet” that has worked for me.

  10. I hear you girl! I went through the holidays and a cruise in December I stayed low carb and maintained the same weight!!! Love it! I was also like why am i going to sabotage myself now so i have to force myself to go hard in January? I was like no thanks i want to keep this ball rolling! subscribing!

  11. I am glad you made this video… you might just be saving someone else’s life, including mine. I’ve had the same issues for years and while I’ve heard about insulin resistance before, never was “diagnosed” with it, so I kept trying to eat “healthy” without any results.

  12. This is almost exactly my story too! My blood sugar affected me for years. That combined with hormones kept me overweight no matter what I did. Keto is the only thing that has worked consistently and easily for me.

  13. Hi, just subscribed to you. You have motivated me to start keto…ive always been over weight. Most of my weight is in my mid section…i have an odd body shape, lol. I have tried dieting and always lost weight but gained it back. I was skeptical at first but watching you has motivated me. Thankyou💓

  14. Thanks for sharing !!!! For many years I have not been able to lose weight. Every time I went to the dr. They would tell me to try this diet. It has been a very sad road to travel. Because I would tell them I did and it did not work. I even gave up all meats for 19 mths. !!! And still didn’t lose. It’s a lonely road when no one believes you. But in August I started Keto and have lost 15 lbs. it’s been slow but for the first time I lost weight!!!! I’m going to subscribe to you because I’m hoping to find out why my journey has been slow. And because you understand the road I have walk. Blessings

Are you as mad as i am for no one (I'm looking at you WW) has ever said anything about insulin??guess what, i am not a big looser nor do i lack self control. I have been working against my bod! I am 53 and my weight loss us not as fast as your but i am happy i found something i can stick with, not feel deprived.

  17. Thank you for sharing your journey. It takes a lot of courage to be so vulnerable with complete strangers and I truly commend you and appreciate you for it. People like you inspire me and keep me going. Keto has been the only thing that has ever worked for me and surprisingly, my OBGYN was the one to suggest it to me.   18. Congratulations, girl!! You are looking awesome! I have been doing a lot of research on this diet, and I think that I have insulin resistance too. I'm on my journey of starting this way of eating. I had the same advice from my doctor, eat less, move more. Also, my blood sugars have always been normal. Go figure! Thanks so much for sharing xo

  19. You look so incredible …, I’m losing weight slowly as you can see, but I need to do keto to lose weight faster as I know it’s the best way to burn fat. Carbs are just hard for me to cut – I should stop saying hard, as it’s a mind shift that I have to change !!!! I can’t believe how quickly you have dropped weight – amazing !!! You look amazing
