  1. i like when eachexercixe is times and threefore being done equally.10 each seem insufficient… feel likeim not really giving my best for each exercise….too short

  3. This is literally the only abs workout that I can do! I have back problems and everytime I try to do abs my back hurts so much and this workout it's the only one that made my abs work ! Thank you so much !!!!!

  4. really enjoy and good explaination and cheer up! my question is the last move i hurt on my elbow. what is the reason and how to adjust the position or avoid, so it will not hurt on elbow? btw great video!
