  2. Personally, I find diets tricky. They are often for a 'short-term' result. You'll gain the weight eventually, you lost and/or more when you crash diet… literally most people do. Instead, focus on a healthy LIFESTYLE… not a 'DIET'.

And I liked it when you quoted that 40-50% of our daily actions are auto-piloted wow amazing information. Your tips and words are so helpful and amazing. And they are healthy and realistic rather than super super hard, idealistic, nor unhealthy! I love you jenn♡♡♡ and your video editing skill is improving even more!♡

  4. Amidst of all the critical comments, I want to say these tips are great. I don’t think you’re being too strict at all (hey, still eating hot Cheetos lol), and you’re being flexible and healthy. You literally said it yet people are still being nitpicky. As someone who’s relatively healthy but has gained some lbs I wanna lose, these tips are good to keep in mind 🙂

  7. If you're reading this jenn, I just want you to know that I lose weight after watching your first 'lose weight' video which is a huge deal that time! Cause I've always been overweight almost span of my life so I owe something to you! And now I kinda gain weight but not as heavy as before so I'll try again this time but this time I will really make sure that I will maintain and keep this body

  9. tbh i think it's sorta irresponsible for someone who is very thin and has always been very thin to post a video about weight loss- some of this is more general healthy eating/lifestyle tips, and that's fine, but presenting it as weight loss tips is suggesting that she needs to lose weight, and idk it just really rubs me the wrong way. it's one thing when a person who lost a bunch of weight describes their journey, but for a teeny youtube celeb to tell me in a sponsored video to hawk some app, i'm a little bit like 🙄
