  4. This workout is uttery perfect for that one day when ur abs are burning like hell from a workout u just did yesterday, short simple but definitly burns sooo perfect!!

  7. I would love to see an hour long, intense full body workout. I typically do 3 of your 20 minute full body workouts, but it would be nice to have just one long one. 🙂

    My abs were sore from day 3 as I finally was able to do the exercise properly
    Day 5: my stomach is a lot stronger now

  9. I'm off on my spring break and I have been loving your workouts. Yesterday I did 3 of them throughout the day! Did this one after some ball work and a run. Good end to a workout! Thank you
