The format is not appealing, the videos should be a similar experience to attending a class. Christine teaching is easier to follow, with the camera showing her entire form, zooming in also makes it hard to figure out at times.
Don’t call it an abs and butt workout if there’s only one move for glutes🙄
i like the workout but not the video: this format is so much boring, i hate parts with no sounds
