I love this workout and the bit of cardio interspersed. It's a great one to tack on to another workout. BUT, I could not do it in sand. You two are rockstars!
Dam I'm impressed these gals are bad ass that's a he'll of a workout. People it's even harder trying to talk the whole time while working out. I can't believe they didn't jump on the cool ocean water when they got done.
Why TF are you curling the same weight as you overhead press? Those specific muscle groups definitely have different strength potentials for the movement, and therefore should use weight appropriate to an individuals ability. If you wanted to superset a curl with a shoulder press I could see that, but the was you are doing it has no benefit and you are better off doing the exercises separately.
PS… How the FUCK Is that exercise "working the quads" this is a joke.
