  1. Dam I'm impressed these gals are bad ass that's a he'll of a workout. People it's even harder trying to talk the whole time while working out. I can't believe they didn't jump on the cool ocean water when they got done.

  2. Why TF are you curling the same weight as you overhead press? Those specific muscle groups definitely have different strength potentials for the movement, and therefore should use weight appropriate to an individuals ability. If you wanted to superset a curl with a shoulder press I could see that, but the was you are doing it has no benefit and you are better off doing the exercises separately.

    PS… How the FUCK Is that exercise "working the quads" this is a joke.

  3. GymRa has been part of my regular workout routine from 2017 throughout 2018 and until the present. I love how they continue to upgrade and evolve. This time they utilize drone assisted camera to shoot very nice videos. More power to GymRa!

    My favorite trainers are Josephine and Anita Julia for their energy and effective workout routines and of course my favorite GymRa host – Kelsey!

  4. Thank You! Josephine is always so full of energy and fun! I loved this quick and effective workout. Incorporating weights (strength) with cardio is so effective for those of us who are short on time but NEED that workout in the day. What a great way to start my day! I would love more of these! ❤️
