  1. DAY 7! Today is a rest day for me 😴so thought I would share a quick and simple stretch routine that you guys can follow along with and incorporate into your daily routines 🙂 Stretching is SO important!!! Especially if we are working out a lot. It is very important we give our bodies some love and help them recover! This is great to use as a quick cool down, before bed, or even as a morning stretch routine to wake your body up! Let me know if you guys enjoyed this one!

  2. So I have bad knees and whenever I straddle no matter how close it is my knees start to pinch from the top of my hamstring down to my heel is a sharp pain
    Whenever I feel it I just stop the straddle since stretching doesn’t mean pinching feelings
    Any suggestions or explanations as to why this happens?

  3. Another guy doing these workouts. This doesn't feel to me like a simple beginner stitch, it's advanced. I'm 65 which doesn't help. Any chance of an absolute beginner/senior stretch? I'll keep going with it. I really like that your workouts are a bit different x:)

  4. I read all the comments before doing this video and it has lived up to the hype!!! It feels sooooo good and I can honestly say that it has made me love stretching!!! Stretching used to be a chore, but now I really look forward to it!! Thanks you so much for this amazing video 💕
