Yea this is all genetics. When you actually go to a university for nutrition and dietetics and are forced to endure different practices. You realize that no diet or workout routine will fix you. Especially a YouTube routine from someone who can’t even control acne. Save your time and be happy with yourself, wanna lose weight? Stop eating chain restaurants and bread. You’re welcome
