  1. As a nurse pregnancy is not a disease and you don't have to lose yourself and ofcourse do what suits you however before you try to exercise make sure you're medically fit to do so because high risk for miscarriage. Good job Sparkle and congrats

  2. Walking and staying active works. I wouldn't recommend any of these In early pregnancy though, personal choice. isn't this the most fragile time…. work out after the 5 month mark at least. Less risk. When I was pregnant I just used to fast walk everywhere and worked until 9 months. That did the job don't need to be so excessive to risk losing your child just so u can look good. I still managed to push my 8 pound child out with zero drugs

  3. Hiii…I did nothing while pregnant. I am in my last month/few weeks and basically am waiting to begin working out after healing. I wish I would’ve done more but I’ll catch up and won’t stop. Please be careful. I was kind of afraid to workout honestly.
