Found this video in 2019 and it's still a great quick workout. I use either 8's or 15's and it really does have a good flow from one to the next so things can rest.
Wooo, I been doing this work our for 2 weeks. I'm doing way better than when I started. I can do more and I am lifting heavier…plus loosing some weight… thanks guys I love how you keep me motivated on the video!!!
I was just diagnosed with a fatty liver, I looked up what I can do to get rid of it and they mentioned resistance training. So it looks like I'll be hitting the gym

One of my favorite workouts; especially if I have a limited amount of time. To make it a little more advanced I up the size of the weights.
