  1. Wooo, I been doing this work our for 2 weeks. I'm doing way better than when I started. I can do more and I am lifting heavier…plus loosing some weight… thanks guys I love how you keep me motivated on the video!!!

  2. what i really appreciate about this video is that there isn't the lame, cheesy lets get working out attitude. it is straight to the point. this is exactly what I was looking for.
