  1. Hummus is so easy to make. I soak/cook a pound in the instant pot, and put 1/2 in the freezer, and make hummus with 1/2. No oil, no salt. Try adding some smoked paprika. It makes enough hummus to last a week for my salads.

  4. Im so glad that I found you. Just started your video and I’m suddenly awake and thrilled. Yes I do eat once in a week like an Idiot, chocolate, cookies, Ice Cream and that stuff and then It takes me 3 days to get back on my diet track and all the weightloss from the days before is gone. Yes it is because I think I can relax while eating this crap, but I know that salad makes me more feel good over the day. With chocolate I feel week and like to much alcohol the next day. I will start a 7 days challenge today now and in that time I will meditate about the feelings eating is giving to me.

  5. Cheri, I cannot find these two meals cheat sheets. I have even used the search feature to no avail… I really wanted them in writing rather than having to view the video over and over to get the ingredients. I did sign in and was provided a long list of cheat sheets… Thanks for any help you may give me : – )
