  2. Hi your videos are awesome. I'm a cardio girl, swimming and running, trying to build strength. Your videos are great tools. Do you have any suggestions for how to combine them with cardio or how often to do your strength training vids? I love how you create powerful dynamic movement exercises by combining multiple exercises into one, keeps it so much more interesting. Thanks a ton!
