  1. This workout is great because I can also do it in the gym without looking like I don’t know what I’m doing lol would love more of these booty workouts for those of us who would like to start using weights in the gym!

  3. my coach loves your video and she has her Team from 4year olds to high schoolers and we all have abs and upper body strength to climb the Rope with no legs and sometimes you would have to run 5 miles around our gym thank you 4 your amazing workout for a week I survived boot camp and I love it now I get to relax as in Mexico when I did this so it is very hot but it was worth it thank you♡♡♡♡♡
