1. Being short on time meant I was finally able to do this one! However, those V Rock Jacks tried to kill me!
    Definitely a FULL core workout and not just abs, I could feel it in my abs, obliques, and lower back!

  2. This was great! The first few exercises had me a bit concerned that I was going to have to modify or take longer rests; but my core warmed up quickly, and I made it without mods. Woo-hoo! 🙂 I loved the v rock jacks, accordions, v roll, and airplanes. Thanks for all the work you put into creating such great workouts!

  3. Hulk bikes are no joke! I could not do all 50 seconds at my first attempt and it bothered me so much, so I went back to do it again after finishing the video. Big thanks to Mr Scott and thank you for nice editing as always, Rich!

  4. I don't know how I missed this yesterday! I saw it after completing the tricep leg 500 rep challenge and can now say I am whipped. Great workout!
