(A lot of instructors call out opposite leg than theirs so when people that follow the video can be on the same leg.)

  2. 277 lbs retired military, now LEO trying to get back in shape and take control of my health and happiness. Just started a one year/365 no days off program along with meal plan. This is step 1 and I am super motivated. I will be doing this routine daily until I climb up to a more challenging level. Please keep me encouraged and in prayer. Let’s do this!

  3. This is NOT for beginners!!!!! She will have you passed out. You can do most of the same moves with a bit of modifications. This is definitely something you will have to work up to!
