  1. hi guys. ive had ganglion cyst removed from my wrist. thing is it hurts when doing lifts like bench press.
    ive tried your 'wrist strength & flexibility' routin and it definitely helped. but the pain is still there from time to time.
    is there like a special routine for wrist cyst patients?

  2. So, mobility training shouldn't be made close to strength training, either before or after. So I guess you can dedicate a couple of days to training only mobility? How can mobility be included in the training? It will also lead to fatigue and need of recovery, like strength training.
    After so many years of training martial arts and now rock climbing, among other stuff, I still can't quite coordinate mobility training with strength training.

  3. Personally i prefer Alex over Sven because ALex is more mobile and more flexible ,I'm now more advanced than a beginner (but not very intermediate) ,I'm now focusing on the one arm pushup which takes time to do thanks calimove.
