1. I look at your video sometimes . And i m confuse do you always do the same ( add more rounds or reps ), or you always constanly change the exercise ( is it a must ) ?. Please someone answer this. Started exercise last month and the result for me is up and down. My belly fat maybe only loss a little. 165 cm, and 59 kg
