  2. Hi Holly, I tried this today and found that my 25grams went very quickly using my fitness pal, but I haven’t had any processed foods so does this mean that natural sugars are included in the 25grams or it’s just added sugars – please respond I’m very confused x

  3. About the 25 grams of sugar . I dont eat any processed sugar but the milk I drink and and an apple in itself is 25 grams what am I supposed to do . 😫😫😫😫😖😖😖

  4. Fastest way I lost weight was with intermittent fasting… I stop eating at 7pm and have my next meal at 1 PM the next day… easy peasy. From 7pm to 1 PM I have either black coffee, green tea, or water. Dropped 10lbs in 1.5 weeks with minimal workout.

  5. Great! I will start this on monday, since it is when I will start my gym plan. Please comment on this so I can remember to give uptades!
    I am currently 1,68cm and 73kg. Will consume 1200 cal per day, one cheat meal per week. Cardio 4 days a week.

  6. My maintenance calorie intake is 1300 so how much should I consume for being bin calorie deficit for weight loss/ fat loss? Someone pls help me😭❤️
