Do you just reset your 1 minute timer every time they switch stations or how do you time them? Also, if you had a small group using machines on the gym floor would you still do a minute each round or cut it down some?

I'm training a group of 7 year olds. It's a basketball team. I'm trying to condition them since they have the skill but get tired easily. What cardio exercises would you recommend?
I have dumbells, kettlebells, training ladder, cones, and I make them do a bit of crossfit moves I've seen on YouTube channels.
Do you put out cue cards so your clients remember what each station is or just tell them at the begining of the session and to watch the next station? Loving your ideas too

Excellent Exercises! I am doing in my country Chile, a workout programme for firefighters and there is a lot of ideas here that I can addapted to my rutins using firefighter equipment.
Your workouts are awesome! Do you have Any other ideas on workouts across the floor other than sprinting? I work in a gym half the size about 50 people and I'm trying to find ways to spice it up! (I only have matts and weights available for Bootcamp classes) please let me know 🙂 thank you!!!
