  1. Why not just keep fasting until 250, if you stop your just going to have to go through this again. Stop the yo-yo. Look up The Fasting Fatman, he fasted over 100 days. If you still feel fine I think you should keep going. And for gods sake if your going to break the fast, don’t do it with a pizza. I’ve really enjoyed your journey and I would hate to see you yo-yo back to your original weight, the way your talking it seems that you still have a unhealthy relationship with food, stop the binge eating. Stop saying that you know yourself and you already know what’s going to happen, your setting yourself up to fail. Break free from your bad eating habits. I’m not trying to be mean, I’ve watched all of your videos and I feel invested in your health and your outcome. Please don’t keep making the same mistakes. This is not medical advise and I’m not a doctor but if I was in your shoes I would say keep the fast going if you feel fine, at least till the blood draw, you need the blood tests from your fasted state.
