    1. 어제 운동 처음 시작한 여파로 하체쪽 근육통이 장난 아니다.
    2. 몇가지 동작은 어제보다 수월하게 했는데 하체 근육(허벅지 안쪽하고 햄스트링 쪽)을 쓰는 몇 동작은 하기 힘들다.
    3.마지막에 하는 엉덩이 운동 중 오른쪽 다리 들고 왼쪽다리를 차주는 동작은 끝까지 하기 힘들어서 중간에 잠깐 쉬었다가 했다.

  2. Really didn't like this workout, Far to much nonsense talking (they never shut up!) and too long a gap inbetween exercises. Ended up doing my own thing just to keep my heart rate up.

  3. Just found Pop Sugar the other day and now I LOOK FORWARD to my daily workouts. The chemistry of these ladies was so fun and I felt inspired to push myself hearing them struggle along too! Love love love it!!

For a challenge, I committed to doing this exact workout three times a week for seven weeks…today I've completed it and want to thank you for a fun and entertaining workout that wasn't too hard for this fitness rookie, but also never stopped being a challenge. I've also seen myself get stronger since the beginning. Thanks, Lacey!

  5. Great workout, you girls are great! I'm terrible, can usually only last 10 minutes in a cardio of any kind, but I lasted 15 here! I could complete the whole workout if I really tried but I don't have the time today. Hopefully the next time I come back I'll do the whole routine.
    Also I did one advanced burpee and died haha! Best stick to the beginner stuff as a beginner.

  6. ive just being doing 2 walks around my block with my dog and my house mate dog separately as they are hard to control together, and ive been timed where with my dog, 8 mins, with my housemates dog 7 mins and half, and done that 3-4 times when suns been good, did 2 days in a row, yesterday and day before, but today the weather has been raining and ive might not been able to do a couple of the things but mostly been sweating and heart pumping and doing the best that i was able to do with my overweight body but im proud as i finished ur video and haven't done a 30 min cardio work out in months so doing this i feel proud so thankyou, i did 30 mins exercise like my dr wanted too.. even with my skinny arse floor in my room and using a squishy bed to do some and rough carpets and little room to do these exercise, im gonna like this video and try some shorter and individual quick videos and try to mix it up with other stuff and other videos of yours to get as much exercise i can with good and bad weather, every bit counts, small minutes of different exercise here and there is better then nothing i hope 🙂 gonna like this video, sorry for all the comments and long comments on ur videos hope that's ok, where are you guys located as im from Australia 🙂 seeing these videos

  7. i cant do the side planking or that hip lifting like it , i have no floor space, doing on it bed is providing to be difficult, for the beginner stuff im finding it difficult being im overweight, no strength to do this, trying to help loose weight for my diabetes and asthma and all that crap, and man i wish i could be shown better as im having trouble following how ur doing some of these things and not stopping or doing them wrong which cause more injuries but i am still doing my best and ill replay to keep following 🙂

  8. Can we please bring Lacey Stone back?!?!? This is one of the best videos on Popsugar. First video I have done since my breast cancer diagnosis/surgeries/chemo treatments that I feel like me. The energy and overall humor make it go by so fast as I am dripping sweat like a wild woman.
