I not an exercise fan but when I come home from work I am so excited to do this exercise. Thank you the sky is your limit. I love exercise now more than anything. I love the notes that appear at different times. I read them and I am encouraged

I usually sweat when doing your workouts but not like this one made me! Love this one, it was my first time trying it and I will definitely be doing it again! My number one goal is to lose weight then gain muscle and your videos help me stay on track for sure! Just have to eat better and hope my toddler will not be picky with foods but it's expected. lol
I felt more work put in the shoulders but I think that is because my legs are far stronger than my shoulders. The sweat was real thank you it felt great

I upped my dumb bell weight from 5 to 8lbs! And my arms are getting toned. Haven't seen them like that since in my early 20's! Lol. Thanks you two!
