  3. I did this workout first time in my birthday. While working, it was a feeling that I am a beast. Power, quality, full ROM, concentration. Next day I felt absolutely fine. It's a kind of a challenge and that is the motivation. The question is (may be, it was before) – what about core oriented finisher in this session? Would it be too much? Unfortunately, there's no time in another day for a metabolic-type workout.
