  1. I really enjoyed this. Love 30 mins workout, perhaps the hiit section could be tougher prior to abs work out. What about a 20 min hiit followed by a bum & thigh section?

  2. Thanks, Joe! I really enjoy your workouts. Like you, I don’t normally focus this hard on abs, so it was a good challenge today. I would love to see more 30 minute HIIT videos, if possible. Keep up the great work!

  3. 30 mins is perfect I love the two cycles followed by an ab cycle, it really mixes things up ,keeps it interesting

  4. I love doing these alongside the videos for two reasons. 1. I'm too lazy to time myself and 2. It's easier to commit to 30 minutes when there is someone else doing it with you…love your workouts
