Always enjoy this walk and it is so good to have it included in the Spring Ahead Challenge. It has been a long time since I did it and it has been so good to rediscover it today. Love everything about this walk, nice moves, music and to have Debbie and Jessica together is a bonus.

I love that your mom does some workouts with you . I am 53 and I am not interested in trying to keep up with 20 something hard bodies. I enjoy your workouts and can find the level that challenges me without going over the top. Thanks for the variety!!
this came in really handyjust now, i had menstrual pains but it was too dark to go for a walk and this has shifted the pain really well. the hip twisting and turning does the job and where you feel a bit faint from the pain raising the arms helps too. good even exercises for all over . thumbs up
This is always fun and today I enjoyed even though I am still not feeling great because of a cold that I have had since Christmas. I'm pretty tired of it by now. I feel better for having a workout.
