I have always liked your workouts but you have taken it to a new level technically over the last few months with the addition of the clocks and combos on the screen along with your positive motivation.   3. Got to gym expecting to do savage 2. Opened up youtube and found savage 3, perfect timing. This one crept up on me. Didn't feel so bad at beginning but later my felt like noodles. No power left but I kept throwing. Thanks Nate
