  2. 💪🏋️‍♂️👍 I would add however doing cable crunches or any other ab exercise with weight your abdominals are a muscle they can get bigger which means your waist gets bigger so be mindful of that. Most people look for that V shape taper with a aesthetic physique thick obliques and thick cut abs will mess that up
