  1. Great workout. I performed the cardio at a more brisk pace and used weights in the strength sections but the exercises were great, perfect for my unstable knee.  Thank you. Will do this again.

  2. Such a breath of fresh air! I LOVE jumping right into the routine vs an instructor talking, I literally seek out videos with out intros. THANK YOU!!

  3. These workouts are so important! I used to do plyometric jumping and was a runner until injuries forced me to learn a new way to workout. Many people (myself included) do not realize the importance of being gentle to your joints until it's too late. There are many high intensity low impact exercises that can be done, this is a great start for beginners. Keep up the great workouts! 🙂

  4. Just completed this workout. At first, I thought 40 minutes might be a little too long but once I started the workout I had no problem continuing to the end. A great workout. I will add it to my rotation. Thanks!
