  4. I'm really loving your workouts their not as hard as many others I've tried and they are very effective I've been able to complete 2 workouts today and I'm hoping I can do more. I love how you keep motivating us to keep going and how you don't make these workouts too hard for beginners I will for sure keep doing these. Thank you <3

  5. I just found your channel this week looking for chair crunches I can do at work. I really like your channel. I love that the moves are easy yet effective. I get really turned off by moves that you almost need to be a contortionist to do. Thanks!
