  1. While doing these workouts do u lose thigh fat because I love my thighs but I would just like to lose stomach fat and have and hour glass shape…but besides that I really dont wanna lose the weight om my thighs🙈

  4. I really, really love how this is just a few minutes long and it covers a lot. I tried this out for the first time and it feels great! I’ll definitely come back and watch it every day and night!
