I watch her videos and other inspirational weight loss stories while I do my treadmill on 3.5 speed, I do one hour every day, half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the afternoon, and if I can sometimes, not all of the time another half an hour in between I have lost 4 kilos in a month, and I feel great. You don't have to waste money in the gym, invest in a good small treadmill, I paid $300 for mine and the best thing I have ever done… Or just walk like Leslie and save your money still.
    After my sister had her baby, she followed Leslie's walking routine, someone gave her a Leslie walking DVD and she lost all her baby pregnancy fat

  2. I have been doing this religiously in the morinings and before bed for a week now, and my clothes already fit a littler looser. I also like her 3 miles walk. I tried and do that one 3 times a week. Try Lazy Dancer for great stretching and posture….it's ballet…..Thanks Leslie!

  3. No lie, I did this 6 times in a row for a total of 30 minutes last night around 8 before I went to bed and I saw changes in my stomach the next morning. This is night 2 of doing this and I will keep you guys updated!
