You don't have to waste money in the gym, invest in a good small treadmill, I paid $300 for mine and the best thing I have ever done… Or just walk like Leslie and save your money still. I have been doing this religiously in the morinings and before bed for a week now, and my clothes already fit a littler looser. I also like her 3 miles walk. I tried and do that one 3 times a week. Try Lazy Dancer for great stretching and posture….it's ballet…..Thanks Leslie!
No lie, I did this 6 times in a row for a total of 30 minutes last night around 8 before I went to bed and I saw changes in my stomach the next morning. This is night 2 of doing this and I will keep you guys updated!
